Wir empfehlen folgende Anreiseroute zum LKW-Welcome-Point (Rheingaustr. 75, Wiesbaden, GPS 50.041887, 8.213540).

Die Einfahrt zum LKW-Welcome-Point befindet sich auf der rechten Seite direkt hinter dem Haus Rheingaustraße Nr. 75

Begrenzter Platz in der Abladezone:

Um die Anreise der vielen Fahrzeuge zu entzerren und Wartezeiten so gering wie möglich zu halten bieten wir den Teilnehmern im Vorfeld des Turniers die Möglichkeit an, sich Slots für die Anfahrt zu reservieren.
eine entsprechende Mail mit dem Link zur Online-Reservierung und Online-Akkreditierung wird rechtzeitig vor dem Turnier von der Meldestelle an die Teilnehmer verschickt – eine frühzeitige Reservierung sichert den Wunsch-Slot
Die Slots für die Ankunft am LKW-Welcome-Point in der Rheingaustraße 75 können zu folgenden Zeiten belegt werden:
1. Mittwoch von 12 – 22 Uhr
2. Donnerstag 6 – 22 Uhr
3. Freitag 6 – 15 Uhr (wegen der Show am Abend)
Ohne eine Registrierung Ihres Transporters am LKW-Welcome-Point ist die Weiterfahrt zur Abladezone nicht möglich, erst dort erfolgt die Autorisierung.
Abladen zwischen 22 Uhr und 6 Uhr ist nicht möchlich!
Bitte halten Sie Ihre Pferdepässe im Führerhaus bereit.
In der Abladezone stehen Ihnen ca. 30 Minuten zum Abladen zur Verfügung – wir unterstützen die Anreisenden mit unseren Radladern beim Transport des Equipments und unterstützen auch direkt vor Ort beim Reinigen der LKW´s.
Bitte fahren Sie Ihr Fahrzeug direkt nach dem Abladen weg und machen Sie Platz für die nächsten Teilnehmer.
Vor der Weiterfahrt zum LKW-Parkplatz (Gibber-Kerbe-Platz) halten wir einen QR-Code zum scannen für Sie bereit. Hinter diesem QR-Code ist eine Routenbeschreibung (Google Maps) zum LKW-Parkplatz gespeichert.
Natürlich gibt es einen Shuttle vom LKW-Parkplatz zum Turnierplatz und zurück, der telefonisch oder online reserviert werden kann.

Bitte helfen Sie mit: Je mehr Teilnehmer die Slots buchen – und im Idealfall auch einhalten – desto geringer werden die Wartezeiten sein – angemeldete Fahrzeuge werden bevorzugt zur Weiterfahrt zum Abladen autorisiert. Natürlich können uns Verspätungen durch Stau etc. von unterwegs aus mitgeteilt werden – ca. eine Stunde vor Ihrem Slot bekommt der Teilnehmer eine Nachricht mit den entsprechenden Kontaktdaten.

TeilnehmerInnen an den Voltigierprüfungen können auch am Samstag von 7:00 bis 12:00 abladen, eine vorherige Anmeldung ist hier nicht nötig.

Akkreditierung

Die Akkreditierung befindet sich unweit der Abladezone in unserem kleinen Bürocontainerdorf direkt neben der Meldestelle! Die Zufahrt dorthin mit einem privaten PKW ist nicht möglich!

Das Reiten auf nicht ausgewiesenen Wegen innerhalb des Schlossparks ist verboten und führt zum Ausschluss des Teilnehmers/der Teilnehmerin.

Your Arrival

We recommend the following route to the truck welcome point (Rheingaustr. 75, Wiesbaden, GPS 50.041887, 8.213540).

Take the A66 and A643 to Äppelallee in Wiesbaden

Turn left onto Äppelallee

The entrance to the LKW-Welcome-Point is on the right-hand side directly behind the house at Rheingaustraße No. 75

Limited Space in the Unloading Area

In order to smooth out the arrival of the many vehicles an to keep waiting times as short as possible, we offer the particitants the opportunity to reserve slots for the journey in the run-up to the tounament.

a corresponding email with the link to online reservation and online accreditation will be sent by the show-office to the participants in good time before the tournament – an early reservation secures the desired slot

The slots for arriving at the LKW-Welcome-Point at Rheingaustraße 75 can be occupied at the following times:

Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m
Thursday 6 a.m. – 10 p.m
Friday 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. (because of the show in the evening)

Without registering your transporter at the LKW-Welcome-Point, it is not possible to continue to the unloading zone; authorization is only given there.

Please have your horse passports ready in the driver’s cab.

In the unloading zone you have about 30 minutes to unload – we support your arriving with our wheel loaders in transporting the equipment and also support you on site in cleaning the trucks.

Please drive your vehicle away immediately after unloading and make room for the next participants.

Before continuing to the truck parking lot (Gibber-Kerbe-Platz), we have a QR code ready for you to scan. A route description (Google Maps) to the truck parking lot is stored behind this QR code.

Of course there is a shuttle from the truck parking lot to the tournament site and back, which can be reserved by phone or online.

Please help: The more participants book the slots – and ideally keep them – the shorter the waiting times will be – registered vehicles will be given preferential authorization to continue their journey for unloading. Of course, we can be informed of delays caused by traffic jams etc. on the way – the participant will receive a message with the corresponding contact details approx. one hour before their slot.

Participants in the vaulting tests can also unload on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Prior registration is not necessary here.

Accreditation

The accreditation is located not far from the unloading zone in our small office container village right next to the registration office! Access by private car is not possible!
